All appointments must be made via this website, unless communicated otherwise by Juju Bae. Divination is always recommended, and often required, depending on your desired service. Results take time, are specific to the client’s unique circumstances, and require the client’s active participation in the manifestation of the desired outcome. A client’s indecision is a hindrance to achieving the desired outcome. It is the client’s responsibility to take action on the information provided.
Cancellation and refunds
Services and Subscriptions:
All purchases are considered 100% non-refundable once the transaction is complete. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their appointments or subscriptions. Appointment cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment, will receive a 100% refund. No shows forfeit the total value of the deposit. Client’s will be contacted twice via phone call and sent one written message (via text or email) at the time of service. Clients are given a grace period of 10 minutes. Spiritual works will not go over the allotted time unless necessary and communicated by Omi The Bruja. Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the original appointment. Clients will receive confirmation of their canceled or rescheduled appointment by email. Omi The Bruja reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in any situation that compromises the privacy of existing clientele. In those scenarios, the individual will be notified immediately and we will refund any monies that have been paid.
Pricing and Payment:
We aim to maintain fair and competitive pricing. Prices for services and related works are subject to change at any time. When discounts are offered, they are applicable only to specific services or products and thus may not be combined with any other discounts.
The list price constitutes the cost of the service, is due in full upon scheduling, and is non-refundable. Clients may pay using cashapp, venmo, paypal or zelle.
The price listed on the web site is the only valid price for any product sold on this web site. Clients may pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, as well as debit and credit cards through the online store. There are no refunds on digital products. Refunds for physical products will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the owner upon receipt of documentation which must include a description of the issue and accompanying images. We do not accept returns.
